Dell is going to release new phone called Dell Thunder soon and recently Engadget get his hand on Dell Thunder smartphone prototypes and they released some specs details of this phone are as follows.
The new Dell Thunder will be equipped with a 1 GHz Snapdragon processor with Qualcomm Adreno graphics (maybe the same as the Nexus One), 4.1-inch touch-screen display, 512 MB RAM, 512 MB ROM, 8 megapixel camera with LED flash and it may earlier but rumored is about front-facing camera.

Remember it is just a prototype and final version is bound to have some changes. Not saying much lets take you to the video preview directly.
The preview goes on to look at the software, one prototype running on Android 2.1 and one on a developer version of Android 1.6 and then studies the performance on the 1GHz Snapdragon QSM8250 CPU, noting it appeared nippy and the only lag was with the apps drawer. From what’s been seen it’s possible to speculate further about the finished article. It could be that the Dell Thunder may release on Verizon or Sprint because of the CDMA test suite software which was loaded for example.
